Manhattan map cad file download

I noticed that a lot of people were interested on the Manhattan map. It would be really helpful for all of us. I am looking for a cad map of staten island. I saw the post from Olaf but the links don't work. Does anybody have or can point me in the right direction to find such a dwg? Hi to everyone!
