Iphone ios 11.4 email keeps downloading with Fetch on.

I noticed that if you go to At the very bottom under "Fetch" you'll see something that says "Your iPhone will fetch new data in the background only when on power and Wi-Fi. The only other thing I can think of is if you're using multiple email accounts in the Mail app that maybe one of them somewhere still has it set to Automatic instead of manual.

I've noticed there is about 10 different ways to Sunday within that section of the settings, so maybe it's just buried somewhere in the app, you just gotta dig it out. Only other thing I could recommend is maybe deleting the account all together, and adding it back, and just reconfiguring the settings again from scratch just to make sure they're all set to exactly how you want them.
